During a photoshoot of a project that Dan and his team were working on we took the opportunity to take some headshots. The photos were designed to be used on the new website and needed to stand out on a white background, but also needed to reflect the personality of the company. D J Hensher Carpentry & Building Services are friendly guys who work on high end projects, focussing on strong structures and attention to detail. They are relaxed and approachable whilst remaining professional. They all get stuck in and involved with each project.
This was reflected in the headshots – taken on location with the guys in their branded clothing. You can see sawdust and brick mortar on there, as well as moody skies in the background, showing that the team are willing to work hard in any weather. They have big smiles too, which is perhaps not so common in the building trade. It shows that the guys are hard working but friendly. The colours are strong and the images are higher in contrast, which follows the theme throughout the website and helps them to stand out on the page.
